Care Assistant

About the role

Join a friendly 60-bed residential care home in Manchester as a Care Assistant. You will help residents with personal care, meals, mobility and social activities, working alongside nurses and experienced support staff. This is a sponsored route: the employer handles your work visa, return flights and first-month shared accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with washing, dressing and mealtimes
• Support mobility and safe transfers around the home
• Keep care records accurate and up to date
• Take part in team handovers and social activities

Requirements

• Compassionate personality and good English
• Willing to work rotating day and evening shifts
• No prior care experience required — full training is provided
