Data Entry Specialist

About the role

Ledgerly needs a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to clean and reconcile invoice records in its internal tool. This is a part-time, work-from-home role with weekly pay and full training.

Responsibilities

• Enter and verify invoice data against source documents
• Reconcile records against supplier statements
• Flag missing, duplicate or incorrect entries
• Meet weekly accuracy and volume targets
